Shipping Policy

At Faith Culture our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

Please be aware that due to the COVID 19 situation, current shipping times are longer than normal. At the time of writing this we are expecting it to take approximately 7 - 14 days longer than usual. This is subject to change as current circumstances unfold.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts giving a total time from ordering to receiving of product of approximately 13 - 21 days or 21-40 depending on the product. Each item states it's own shipping times in the product description:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturers we work with process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Australian orders are shipped by e-packet or other similar services which are international postal service products. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 - 19 or 19 - 36 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

We understand the shipping time can be kinda frustrating and are working to improve this. In the meantime, be rest assured that every piece that we have to offer is of high quality at an affordable price, by making the purchase you are creating global impact and you will be super happy when the order you placed arrives at your doorstep.
